February 2019 - Design and Development begins

We have begun building the platform with a couple of core contributors and volunteers. Designs are being tested, and code is being cut. We’re in the process of figuring out how to onboard contributors, and establishing a common set of conventions and project vocabulary to ensure that the whole team is on the same page.
